2019 Ramadan Challenge:

 Round 1 – 6 th of May 2019      - Speedway with Bus Stop circuit

Round 2 - 13th of May 2019     - The Drop circuit

Round 3 - 20th of May 2019     - Monaco circuit

Round 4 - 27th of May 2019     - International with Double Bus Stop circuit

 The Ramadan Challenge will be organized by the DAMC and will follow for all four rounds the 2019 Dubai Kartdrome Sodi World Series Sprint Races Sporting Regulations and the 2019 RAMADAN CHALLENGE SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS v1.

The final text of the Supplementary Regulations shall be the English version, which will be used in the case of any dispute arising as to their interpretation. Heading in this document are for ease and reference only and do not form part of these Supplementary Regulations.

Junior Cup, Senior Cup & Masters Rounds will be held at the Dubai Kartdrome Outdoor CIK Circuit, 1.204 kilometres, Clockwise Direction as per track layout mentioned above. 

ENTRIES:

Early Bird Race Entries can be paid  online www.dubaiautodrome.com  or e-mail rowenaa@dubaiautodrome.com or can be paid at Outdoor Reception 10 days prior to Round 1.

ENTRY CRITERIA

JUNIOR CUP:  7 years and above, up to a maximum age of 14 years old and must have done a minimum of 10 indoor arrive and drive sessions previously.  In addition to this, drivers must weigh a minimum of 45kg with safety equipment (driver, suit, gloves, boots & helmet).

SENIOR CUP: Every entrant must be 15 years and over and weigh a minimum of 80kg.*Drivers 13yrs and above, whom are 55kg and have a competition license can enter

MASTERS CATEGORY (OF SENIOR CUP): Every entrant must be 35 years old and over and weigh a minimum of 90kg.with safety equipment (driver, suit, gloves, boots & helmet)

*Note for all classes:  Rib protectors, neck braces, seat inserts, and kart ballast are not considered part of the drivers weight during official weigh in, hence will not be accepted.

*NB: Each Senior & Master category entrants must have posted a minimum lap time of 1 min 15 seconds on the outdoor circuit’s International configuration, during any arrive and drive session, in order to be eligible to enter this race.

*Drivers can use the kart weight ballast provided to reach the minimum weight limit.

PAYMENTS: 

There is an ‘early bird Entry fee’ (for all four rounds & Early bird entries guarantee entry to all four rounds of the Ramadan Challenge)

              Junior Cup Early Bird fee is AED 1680 per driver inc VAT 

              Senior Cup Early Bird fee is AED 1900 per driver inc VAT

The deadline for this promotion is the 26th of April 2019

All entries received after the 26th of April will be charged as follows:

              Junior Cup AED 495 per round inc of 5% VAT

             Senior Cup AED 595 per round inc of 5% VAT   

Early bird payments are non-transferable, and no refund will be given if no show.

No refunds or credit against future races will be given on the individual entries, for late comers or no show.

STARTERS: The maximum number of entries permitted per Ramadan Challenge Round is:

34 x Seniors and 28 x Juniors
