Guided Long Mountain Running Day - Minimal Exposure / Scrambling

This session is aimed at runners with some mountain running experience. The day is led by Mountaineering Instructor and ultra-runner Giles Ruck, assisted by a local hill runner.

Distance: 25 - 35 km

Total Ascent: 1500m

Run Duration: 7 hours

Terrain: Some rough mountain paths, moorland, some scrambling

Technical Rating: Moderate

Endurance rating: 4 – Participants must be able to travel up to 35km at a pace of about 6 km/hr.
