We are delighted that Thorp Perrow Arboretum is open and we very much look forward to welcoming you. With over 100 acres to explore, we feel Thorp Perrow offers a safe, secure and enjoyable place to visit.
Our priority is to ensure the safety of all Thorp Perrow Arboretum’s visitors, staff and volunteers. We therefore ask that all visitors respect the latest government guidelines.
When visiting the Arboretum we ask that all visitors:
• Do not gather in large groups
• Observe the required 2m social distancing at all times
• Wash or sanitise your hands regularly, especially before and after using the Children’s play equipment
• Follow one-way systems where appropriate
• Wear a mask when in the Birds of Prey Centre shop
The Thorp Perrow Arboretum Halloween Trail Spook-Tacular is back! There is no requirement to pre-book trail sheets- these can be purchased from the Ticket Office for an additional £2 upon arrival.
The Tea Room is operating a take-away service for sandwiches, sausage baps, soups, cakes and hot & cold drinks. There is outdoor seating available.
The Bird of Prey and Mammal Centre is open, with displays running hourly from 11am – 3pm daily. However, Wallaby Walk remains closed in accordance with current regulations.
The Playground is now open, we ask that all visitors adhere to the rules of use which are clearly displayed at the entrance to the playground.
Mobility scooters can now be hired. Advance booking is recommended by telephoning the Tea Room on 01677 427203
Essential Carers visit free of charge and do not need to pre-book. To gain entry with a Carer Ticket, you will be required to present a valid proof of entitlement to DLA, PIP or Attendance Allowance (higher rate) or a valid Access or Max Card to the Ticket Office on the day. You may be refused entry if the above is not provided.
