With an early morning pickup from your Cusco hotel we will begin with a drive to Ollantaytambo, where you’ll have a brief stop to shop for those last minute items required for the trail, enjoy a cup of coffee or re-organize all those last-minute necessities before we begin the hike.  You will then be driven to Km 82, the starting point for the Inca Trail. Here you’ll  meet our team of professional chefs and porters as they arrange our gear for the upcoming 3-days of hiking on the popular Inca Trail. The initial two hours of trekking are considered easy, as you will see the first Inca site, Patallacta, that was a magnificent regulatory point of the Sacred Valley.  Near Patallacta you will enjoy a delicious lunch. We continue trekking along the valley created by the Kusichaca River, gradually climbing for about 4 hours until we reach the community of Wayllabamba (3000m/9840ft), where we set our first camp.
